The guild house on the VLB site has got a new bar counter

Roberto Biurrun and Burghard Meyer packed their work tools and flew to Brazil. There, between 24 October and 25 November, the teams that work in eight breweries of the largest brewing group in the region were waiting anxiously.

12th Ibero-American VLB Symposium was successfully held in Uberlandia, Brazil

Exactly 140 years ago, on 19 December 1882, the founding protocol of the Versuchs- und Lehranstalt für Brauerei was signed in Berlin.

The guild house on the grounds of the VLB Berlin serves as a meeting place and venue for the Berlin brewers' guild. The heavily weathered wooden roof was professionally refurbished with financial support from the  ehem. VLBer (VLB Alumni Association)

At the General Assembly of VLB Berlin on 10 October 2022 in Berlin, the current Administrative Board was confirmed in office for a further four years.  

Hanuman Beverages Co Ltd, a young and upcoming beverage company from Cambodia, has been a new member of the VLB  since January 2022.
