Drinking water analysis according to the amended Drinking Water Ordinance

The quality of water for human use has been regulated in Germany since 2003 by the new Drinking Water Ordinance. This implemented European law in Germany. The correct implementation is more controlled by the State Office for Health and Social Affairs Berlin (LAGeSo).
 
The VLB Berlin is notified as an investigation body for drinking water analysis according to the amended Drinking Water Ordinance 2001 and meets all the requirements of § 15 (4) of the TrinkwV 2001.


We offer all services in connection with the investigation of drinking water: from sampling to analytics to expert advice on problem solving and the establishment of avoidance strategies.

Our analytical laboratory is accredited to  DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 for the test procedures listed in the annex to the accreditation certificate.
