It is not only relevant to breweries and beverage companies in the Caribbean. Water availability – in quality and quantity – is key. The highly efficient use, re-use, re-circulation, preparation and desalination technology and its limits in brewing and packaging processes shall be the subject of this upcoming 16th Ibero-American Symposium.
