Method of payment

Payment is made in Euros and is processed through our payment service provider, “nets/Easy Paylink.”

After your registration you will receive a separate email from us containing a personalized payment link. You can use this link to enter your credit card information securely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, and Google Pay.

Upon receipt of registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation. For cancellations received within 6 weeks prior to the start of the event, a fee of 150 € plus tax will be charged. For cancellations received between 6 and 3 weeks before the start of the event, a refund of 30 % of the registration fee plus taxes will be made. For cancellations after this date, as well as in case of no-show, no refund will be possible. Name changes are possible at any time.
