Since 2008, the Ibero-American VLB Symposium has regularly brought together technical experts from the brewing and beverage industry across Latin America and beyond. From November 23–25, 2026, the conference will take place in Panama for the first time. 

Under the new title Ibero-American Symposium Brewing & Beverage Technology, the conference will broaden its scope beyond brewing and filling technology to also address the wider beverage industry.

We exepect around 200 experts from breweries, beverage producers, and the international supply industry.
