Am Freitag, dem 6. Juli 2018, laden die Vereinigung ehem. VLBer und die VLB Berlin von 16.00 bis 0.00 Uhr (letzter Einlass 22.00) zum beliebten Sommerfest auf dem Hof unseres Instituts an der Seestraße 13 in Berlin mit Bier und zünftigem Büfett ein.

Bezüglich eventuell parallel stattfindenen sportlichen Events lassen wir uns was einfallen...

Der Einlass ist nur mit bestätigter Vorregistrierung möglich, eine "Abendkasse" für Spontan-Gäste gibt es nicht. Personen, die sich zu den folgenden Gruppen einordnen lassen, werden dabei bei der Vergabe der Einlasskarten bevorzugt:

  • Mitarbeiter(innen)/Diplomanden TU Institut für Biotechnologie / Lebensmitteltechnologie / Lebensmittelchemie
  • Studenten Brauereitechnologie / Lebensmitteltechnologie / Biotechnologie / Lebensmittelchemie
  • Mitglieder DBMB, GGB, Berliner Brauer-Zunft
  • Mitglieder der Vereinigung ehem. VLBer
  • Mitglieder der VLB und befreundete Organisationen
  • Alumni TUB/HUB/VLB Fachrichtung Brauwesen
  • besondere Einladungen durch die Organisatoren

Wir behalten uns vor, im Zweifelsfall die Legitimität einer Anmeldung zu prüfen.
 

Achtung: Da es sich um eine private Veranstaltung handelt, besteht kein Anspruch auf Teilnahme.

Wir erheben einen Unkostenbeitrag von 15 € pro Teilnehmer, zahlbar am Einlass in bar. Ausgenommen sind Ehrengäste mit persönlicher Einladung und VLB-Mitarbeiter.

Die Brauerei Vielau liegt in der Nähe von Zwickau, Sachsen. Erstmals erwähnt im Jahre 1958, wurde sie als technisches Denkmal im Jahre 2012 im Originalzustand wieder in Betrieb genommen. In diesem Kurs bieten wir die einmalige Gelegenheit, unter Anleitung ein Bier auf einer mehr als 100 Jahre alten Anlage zu brauen.

Symposium for professional craft and micro brewers from European countries − in cooperation with Brau Beviale in Nuremberg

Highligt event directly preceeding the Brau Beviale 2018: 12 November 2018, Nürnberg Convention Center Mitte, Germany. Presentation language: English

The European MicroBrew Symposium is an industry event that addresses professional brewers from brewpubs and craft breweries in Europe (nevertheless brewers from other continents are also warmly welcome!). The topics are focused on technological and quality aspects of beer brewing on a professional level. Besides an overview of the international market trends in this segment the symposium focuses primarily on technical / technological aspects of craft beer production. In addition to general concepts for small-scale brewery plants, the rich variety of products available by variations to the raw materials, process parameters and yeasts as well as the necessary quality control will be presented and discussed.

The symposium is co-located to Brau Beviale, the world’s most important capital goods exhibition for the beverage industry in 2018.
