The European Craft Brewing Summit in the castle: 15/16 September 2013, Nürnberg, Germany. Language: English

Brewing technology, fermentation, beer styles, process optimizing, new equipment, microbiology, beer losses and more plus a excursion to the hop crop in the Hallertau!

We recommend a visit to the drinktec trade fair taking place immediately after our symposium from 16 to 20 September in Munich. A bus transfer to Munich on Monday will be provided!
