For the 104th time, the VLB Berlin invites the professional brewing world to its Brewing and Engineering Conference from 6-8 March. For the first time in the long tradition of this event it takes place in Munich. The reason for this is the new Paulaner Brewery in Munich-Langwied, which went into operation about one and a half years ago. The concepts behind this project and how it has been implemented is one of the focal points of the events. In addition, Paulaner will be opening the doors of her new brewery for all attendees.

Another highlight is the new mash filter system "Nessi", presented by Ziemann Holvrieka at Brau Beviale last November. The structure, function and technological background of this really new technology are the subject of a further session. In addition, another focus of the conference is on trends in technology (caustic management, inspection technology for swing-top bottles, energy supply systems) and raw materials (Berlin program, yeast). In addition, the VLB Technical-Scientific Committee (TSC) will meet on Monday before the start of the public event.

The event is aimed at technical managers of companies in the brewing and beverage industry. All lectures are simultaneously interpreted from German to English. A accompanying exhibition and two evening events complete the program.

The conference takes place at the Sheraton Munich Arabellapark. The event program and registration information can be found on our website:
